evening stay at Ullapool Youth Hotsel was interesting. John and I had to
sleep on benches in th common room, as all the beds were taken by motorists
resting their weary foot, and in the early hours of the morning several
teenagers were busy being sick having indulged in some local brews earlier
in the evening. |
To
make matters worse, several girls piled into the common room very early
in the morning, and entered into the YHA spirit by doing their hair with
hair-dryers etc. as we tried to sleep.
When we woke we were stiff and tired. |
