The
day started out a bit murky, overcast with mist across the Loch, but it
was mild with little wind, and ideal for cycling. We rode with Lol down
to Ardgay, and stopped at the stores to get sandwiches etc. for lunch, then
bade hime farewell and headed South to the junction where we took the road
straight across to Alness. It was a steady climb, with fine views behind us. Once on top it was fairly level with panoramic views across Moray Firth. |
