Day
2 dawned. It was clear that doing the Lizard would have been too high a
mileage, so we opted to head straight for Lands End via Helston. Up the steep back road into Truro, then we followed the River Truro along the cycle track and up to Playing Place where we stocked up with a few stickies at the Spar. The it was the main A384 to Helston to meet up with James Webb at the Shelterbox HQ, where we had a cup of coffee and a tour of the site.  |
