1 of the big bike ride started out hot and sticky, not ideal for me,
and I was still suffering from the dregs of a head cold which had been hanging
around for about 5 weeks!
The first 35 miles to Plymouth went well, taking about 2hrs 40 min.
I had lunch at the works canteen, and rode to the Railway station to meet Euan who had travelled up from Cornwall.
Torpoint we took the ferry and the A374 from Saltash and followed the B3427
along the coast to Seaton, where we had a coffee in the cafe, and Euan had
a fag break and indulged in a bit of mine-sweeping.|
